Update November 19, 2024 regarding 160m: I raised the antenna today and adjusted it, but I was unable to lower the tuning point. Also, by raising the antenna, I’ve moved it closer to the power lines, so the noise level is high and it’s not a good condition for QRV on tobp band. I will re-adjust the antenna from tomorrow onwards, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to QRV.
Update November 12, 2024: ZD7SFU is now QRT and back home in Japan while Shinji ZD7G continues to be very active until November 22. Few days ago he was performing tests using RS-44 and was seeking QSO.
Update November 2, 2024: They have arrived on St.Helena.
Operating from the QTH of ZD7CTO, look for Japanese ops JM1GDA and JF3SFU to be active from St Helena as ZD7G and ZD7SFU during November 2-22, 2024.
QRV holiday-style on HF bands.
