Update October 15, 2024: 3D22 and 3D2V QRT. Last 10m station down. LoTW will be send out just after we back home in Fiji. Busted calls, request, log check and so on in 3 to 4 days. Thank for QSOs. Next one soon!
Let's see some numbers...
EU was priority, our ideas and timing was working well to have great numbers of EU contacts in the log. After real dupe QSOs selector soft QSOs statistic made by UCX log program (without 60m) looks like this:
124,058 QSOs
115,897 QSOs after real dupe QSO selection
22,348 Unique callsigns
ClubLog data selections are wrong
BTW... Rebels don't care about dupe QSOs at all. You can call us 100 times if you wish or if this will make you happy. Always better to have 20 QSOs for sure than 0 - non at all :)
Update October 3, 2024: They are already QRV.
Update October 1, 2024: At 0745z today, the vessel to Rotuma had 200NM to go.
Update September 29, 2024: Next Next Tuesday (Oct 1) or Wednesday (Oct 2) the Rebel DX Group will leave for Rotuma. The sailing takes about 48 hours. Currently, there’s some bad weather around Rotuma with 4.5m high seas and 30kts wind so they are watching carefully before departing. Estimated QRV around end of next week.
Update September 15, 2024: After little conversations, email and stories exchange with NCDXF (the SuperFox Key Administrator), 3D2V and 3D22 received a legal SuperFox Key (not a Rebel) the right way. In this case, we will run bothmodes at same time....
SuperFox on 10/12/15/17/20m and multistream MSHV same band, but on different frequencies... 30/40/60/80/160m MSHV multistream will only be used. If for some reasons you are not able to get a QSO on SuperFox, use the older fashion via multistream.

From the Rebel DX group: 3D22 and 3D2V will be on air during the next weeks from Rotuma island.

Bands: 160m to 6m.
Modes: FT8 priority; CW and SSB less important.
SuperFox won’t be used.

Dates to follow..
There will be experimental FT8 operations. On five bands (10, 12, 15, 17, 20) there will be different frequencies used for NA and JA, and a different ones for EU and RoTW. There will be 10 radios running simultaneously for this idea on those bands. Other bands will be shared old way.
